You understand DJ Interactive Markets/DJIM Inc. either owns the property rights or has acquired the necessary permissions from content providers or suppliers, for all the content, information, products and services on DJIM Inc. and in electronic communications transmitted to members. Such material may include Text, Charts.
DJIM Inc. grants you, the member/subscriber, the right to download, print, or use the information from DJIM Inc. for you own personal use only. But the material may not be modified or altered in any way, republished or distributed, or made available to 3rd parties without the written consent of DJIM Inc. The member/subscriber also shall not share his/her login and password with anyone for any reason.
DJIM Inc. retains the right to terminate at any time, and without cause, any membership or subscription. When a membership is canceled by subscriber, it is canceled at the end of the current billing cycle. A canceled recurring subscription via Paypal only cancels the next months subscription fee. The subscriber must cancel by visiting the Paypal account used to sign up. A failed payment attempt on a recurring subscription will result in suspension of DJIM email delivery till the account is in good standing.
